TECHNOLOGY

One copper goes into the vacuum tube and turns into a U. The copper tube is circulating a heat carrier

which cools the air in the vacuum tube and carrying away the heat to such a storage tank.
To increase heat transfer, there is an aluminum extrusion which helps to transfer heat
from glass to copper pipe.

Effect

U-pipe model is angle independent. This allows it to be placed on low pitched roofs with lasting effect.

 

Large discrep from the ideal angle can be made without affecting the total energy output too much. Practical observations roof angle, the location the solar panel ,aesthetics , etc. . must be considered.
